Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I've noticed the last 3 times I've been getting less cheese. I order xtra cheese and mushrooms for $2 each and it does not seem like I get any Xtra of anything I order. Is there new management or what is going on?

I’m wondering if people hired here ever have a training course, or do they just hand them the phone? I order the same pizza and frequently when I am in town working as we don’t have a papa Murphy’s where I live. It’s a different price EVERY time….which is weird. I ask and PAY for an extra topping but there isn’t even one piece of that on several pieces of pizza . 23 bucks for a pizza with no meat is kind of a rip off..

Don't EVER TRY TO ORDER OR EVEN GO HERE PAST 7:30PM....LAST 4X GOT THERE AT 7:35 AND THEY WOULDNT MAKE A PIZZA BC THEY CKOSED THE REGISTER EARLY EVEN THOUGH THEY CMOSE AT 8PM....IT WAS EVEN A MANAGER THAT WAS THERE ..BUT OTHERWISE it's young kids and they ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY. this time I called in at 7:30 ordered I was running late plus the construction made it hard to get there...I called at 8pm and said I was running late I'll be there in a few minutes don't close on me...worker on phone said "no problem we have those made for you" I got there at 8:10 and as I walk up to the door 2 employees rush to the back where I can't see them...knock on door and call and no answer....WHY TELL ME THAT OR EVEN TAKE MY ORDER?? WHAT A JOKE RHEY ARE STILL THERE EVEN SO I FONT SEE THE BIG DEAL...THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME TO PAY OVER THE PHONE IF THEY WABTED TO CLOSE REGISTERS SINCE THEYRE STILL HERE CLOSING EVERYTHING ANYWAYS.....SUPER ANNOYED WHEN A RESTAURANT CLOSES EARLIER THAN WHAT IT STATES ...IM SORRY I THOUGHT YOU OWN A BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY AND GET A JOB YO MAKE MONEY SO WHEN CUSTOMERS COME YOU SERVE THEM...EVEN IF ITS A COUPLE MINUTES PAST THE TIME "YOUR SCHEDULED" GUESS THIS BUSINESS IS ALREADY "ROLLIN IN THE DOUGH" 🤣😉 AND DONT CARE ABOUT MAKING MORE SALES.

Tried the new calzones. They were excellent. I also got a meditterean salad. It was good, and we got 4 salads out of it.

I've been ordering pizzas from here for the last 4 months because the Papa Murphy's in Monroe (where I was getting our pizzas for the last 10 years) has been closed. The pizza's from the Monroe location were always perfect but the Oregon location is awful. The pizza's are dried out like they were made a week in advance. The thin crust is almost non existent. It is always so paper thin you can literally see through it. Very disappointing because my family has always loved Papa's pizzas until the last 4 months. Really wish the Monroe location would figure out their staffing issues and open back up.
